SANTI RESTAURANT
Santi is a contemporary restaurant-bar on Gordon Street in Tel Aviv. Led by chef Guy Arish, it blends Mediterranean flavors with a relaxed, elegant atmosphere: stone walls, warm materials, and an easygoing yet refined dining experience.
The Goal
The branding aimed to express Santi’s balance between sophistication and casual energy, creating a visual identity that feels modern, welcoming, and aligned with the restaurant’s culinary character.
The Challenge
The main challenge was capturing the duality of Santi - elevated but not formal, lively but not chaotic - and translating it into a clear and cohesive system across menus, signage, digital platforms, and in-space touchpoints.
The identity uses clean typography, minimalistic structure, and a natural, warm palette inspired by the interior materials.
The design reflects Santi’s rhythm: simple, modern, and quietly expressive. Layouts were created to feel airy and intuitive, supporting the food and atmosphere without overwhelming them.
The final identity gives Santi a unified and flexible visual presence, enhancing the dining experience and strengthening its position as a contemporary, Mediterranean-driven spot in Tel Aviv - casual, stylish, and effortlessly inviting.
